Pre-heat the oven to 214 F. Add water, salt and yeast into a measuring jug and stir it well. Add olive oil and yeast water in a flour bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms and knead gently for 5 minutes. Chop veggies such as pepperoni, onions and mozzarella cheese for toppings. Dust the dough and rolling pin with flour and roll it into a circle. Dust the baking tray with flour and put the dough pizza in the baking tray. Spread tomato sauce over the pizza base. Place slices of mozzarella cheese on top then sliced pepperoni. sprinkle on the onion, black pepper and salt and drizzle over some olive oil. Place the pizza in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
